I started my fascination and love for adventurist foods at a very early age. Raised by a mother who was fearless in the kitchen, she exposed my sisters and me to a variety of flavors from exotic cuisine to comfort food. Julia Childs was my moms mentor and my sisters and I were her taste testers.
In 1997, my husband and I embarked on our culinary adventure we called Earth & Vine Provisions. We created and launched our company with 4 products: Red Bell pepper Ancho Chili Jam, Pineapple Sake Teriyaki Marinade and Banana Rum Pineapple Jam...all of which are best sellers today.
We remain family-owned and operated, and produce our products in our Northern California kitchen. We still cook in small batches to create the same quality flavors you have grown to know and trust.
We offer a unique variety of jams, cooking sauces, finishing sauces, mustards and vinaigrettes, many of which are international award winners.
